Rooney Jams animated gif

This is an idea that was in my head for far too long before I got it out.
Randy Gray is finally trying animation.

New Lil Dude Comic Strips Coming....

It's been a while.  Sorry it has been a long time since my last post. Been super busy with work, both day job stuff, and project stuff, and family. Being a moonlighter is tough. But I have some VERY exciting stuff on the way. I have been working on animation. Finally. I decided that it is now or never. I can't change the past but I can change how I affect my future.  God wants me to realize my full potential. We are supposed to use our talents right?

The new tour from Juliette and Rayna!

This is one of my guilty pleasure shows. But I saw an opportunity to play with lights and shadows from different sources in this piece. Good ol' "Nashville".

The Hamurai is coming to Derby City Comic con

And he won't stop until he gets there.

Sterling Cooper Draper...

This is another in my series of tv. A show that I really enjoy that I only know a few people personally that watch and that's Mad Men.
Cheers!

In west Philadelphia, born and raised...

Here is everybody's favorite fresh prince and his Bel-Air family. I just love doing these little drawings. My favorite part of this has to be Carlton in the middle, doing the carlton! Oh and yes, that is the first Aunt Viv.  Its just my personal preference.

Breakin!

I have been pretty consistently posting things on my deviant art site. All the pieces of a series I have been doing for a while now based on movies and TV shows. Well I realized I was neglecting my blog and I have no good reason why. So I figured since I try to pub my blog so people can see my work I should share my work with myself!  And you!  Here's Turbo, Ozone and ol' Kelly poppin and lockin..

Its finally coming...

Sorry for the lack of posts lately.  I have been on yet another long blog hiatus due to being so busy with great things happening including finishing a book that has been in the making for years.  The Hamurai origin story comic book is off to the press and will be ready by the Derby City Comic con.  You are going to get a copy of this because I have not put this much time and thought and love in a book in a long time.  This character I really believe in.  Stay tuned for previews and updates!

Call me Overwhelmed

I have had the most ridiculously overwhelming response to the Cards poster I made. This has been by far the biggest response to any piece of art I have ever had. Even bigger than my Black History comic book. So I will do more like it for sure. I don't mind if people only know this piece of art of mine. I think most people have seen it on the net via facebook or twitter or even on Peyton Siva's own Instagram (which I am not a part of because my phone isn't compatible :() but hopefully some of those people know I did it. As long as they know I worked hard on the piece. I don't mind if I am a one hit wonder to some people, just as long as I can still make work that a few people still enjoy. I will keep trying to make good work and hopefully I may have a few people come by the site and check me out. Thank you to everyone who has supported me.

The Louisville Cards

I did this image just as an idea I had on a whim because I was so excited by the play of my beloved hometown University of Louisville Cardinals this year all season long, and especially the post season. Well I made a poster and the response has been overwhelmingly great! Family and friends have supported me and bought them and friends of friends, etc. It has been great. (There are plenty left so if you are a fan, let me know : ) ) But I know everyone that has bought a poster (or posters) loves the Cards like I do and hopefully there might be a little bit of love for my work somewhere in there too. Thank you to everyone that has helped me out. And its not over! Plenty of posters left and games to play in the NCAA Tourney! Go Cards!

Audubon Does it Again

Going to audubon Elementary to speak about my work and comics in general has bcome a yearly thing around February. ( I am late with this post I know.) But I just wanted to thank you them for inviting me again and making me feel sospecial as always. It was another awesome experience. The cherry on top was this year, one of the classes sent me a whole slew of thank you letters! They were decorated with drawings and comics and drawings of me and comic characters of their own and even a few drawings of Lil Dude and Rooney. Awesome, humbling and I don't think I have felt so appreciated in terms of my work,. It was a dream come true. Thanks guys.
